How much does air conditioning in Highbury cost?
We don't publish fixed prices, because every home is different. After a free survey we give you a written quote that shows exactly what is included. The main things that affect the price are:
- Which system suits you best - a wall split, a multi-split, a cassette or a ducted unit
- The number of rooms or areas and the cooling capacity (kW) each one needs
- The length of the pipe run and where the outdoor unit can go
- Whether the house is listed or in a conservation area, which can affect where the outdoor unit may go
Which parts of Highbury do we cover?
We cover all of Highbury (N5), including Highbury Fields, Highbury Barn, Highbury Hill, Highbury Corner and Highbury Square. Highbury is in the London Borough of Islington.
Nearby, we also provide air conditioning in Lower Holloway, air conditioning in Islington, air conditioning in Stoke Newington and air conditioning in Hoxton. You can search all the areas we cover or ask us to confirm your postcode.
What happens when you book with us?
- Get in touch. Call 07912 566131 or send a message with your postcode and what you need.
- Free survey. An engineer visits your home in Highbury to measure rooms, check sun exposure and agree indoor and outdoor unit positions.
- Written quote. You get a clear, fixed quote. If the property is listed or in a conservation area, we tell you what to check with Islington Council before any outdoor unit goes up.
- Installation and commissioning. We fit the units, pipework, cabling and drainage, pressure-test and commission the system, and tidy up.
- Handover and aftercare. We show you how to use the system and can set up annual servicing to keep it efficient and under warranty.
