How much does air conditioning in Stepney cost?
Your quote is written, fixed and free. What it comes to depends mainly on:
- The type of system: single split, multi-split, ceiling cassette or ducted
- How many rooms you want to cool and how big and sunny they are
- Where the outdoor unit can sit and how far the pipework has to travel
- Whether the job is a home, a flat or a commercial unit, and the access to the outdoor unit position
Which parts of Stepney do we cover?
We cover all of Stepney (E1), including Stepney Green, St Dunstan's, Ben Jonson Road and Ocean Estate. Stepney is in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Nearby, we also provide air conditioning in Limehouse, air conditioning in Whitechapel, air conditioning in Bethnal Green and air conditioning in Spitalfields. You can search all the areas we cover or ask us to confirm your postcode.
What happens when you book with us?
- First contact. Give us your E1 postcode and a short description of what you need.
- Site visit. Free and no-obligation: we measure, check the electrics and plan a neat pipe route.
- Fixed quote. No hidden extras. For flats and buildings in conservation areas, we tell you what consent may be needed from the freeholder or Tower Hamlets Council.
- Fitting day. Most homes are done in a day; we protect floors and furniture and clear up afterwards.
- Aftercare. We explain the remote and modes, talk you through the manufacturer warranty and can book annual servicing.
