Your quote is written, fixed and free. What it comes to depends mainly on:
- Which system suits you best - a wall split, a multi-split, a cassette or a ducted unit
- The number of rooms or areas and the cooling capacity (kW) each one needs
- The length of the pipe run and where the outdoor unit can go
- Freeholder or managing agent approval, and where an outdoor unit is allowed on the building
- Parking, loading and access restrictions in central London

What happens when you book with us?
- Tell us about the job. Ring 07912 566131, use the contact form or send photos on WhatsApp.
- We survey. We look at the rooms, the wall and window layout and where the outdoor unit can sit, then recommend a system.
- You approve the quote. Everything is in writing before work starts. Most flats need the freeholder's or managing agent's consent, and external units on flats can need planning permission from Islington Council; we supply the drawings both may ask for.
- We install. Units are fixed, pipework is insulated and concealed where possible, and the system is vacuum-tested and charged.
- We hand over. You get a demonstration of the controls and the option of a yearly service reminder.
