Who needs air conditioning in Highgate?
Highgate is a hilltop village on the edge of Hampstead Heath, with Georgian houses, Highgate Cemetery, Waterlow Park and Highgate School. It is split between Camden and Haringey and is largely covered by conservation areas.
Large period homes want discreet systems, while the village's restaurants and pubs need refrigeration and cellar cooling.
What air conditioning services do we offer in Highgate?
Here is what we do for customers in Highgate, with links to more detail on each service:
- Air conditioning installation in Highgate - Near-silent wall, floor-standing and ducted systems with concealed pipework, plus dedicated cooling for home cinemas, gyms and wine rooms.
- Air conditioning servicing in Highgate - Planned servicing with filter and coil cleaning, performance checks, a written report and F-Gas leak checks where the system needs them.
- Air conditioning repair in Highgate - Fault finding and repairs on Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Samsung, LG, Fujitsu and other major brands, from refrigerant leaks to failed PCBs and fan motors.
- Commercial refrigeration in Highgate - Display fridges, serve-over counters, bottle coolers, upright fridges and freezers and remote refrigeration systems.
- Cold rooms and cellar coolers in Highgate - Walk-in cold rooms, freezer rooms and cellar coolers designed, installed and maintained for kitchens, pubs and food businesses.
How much does air conditioning in Highgate cost?
We don't publish fixed prices, because every property is different. After a free survey we give you a written quote that shows exactly what is included. The main things that affect the price are:
- Which system suits you best - a wall split, a multi-split, a cassette or a ducted unit
- How many rooms you want to cool and how big and sunny they are
- The length of the pipe run and where the outdoor unit can go
- Concealed or ducted options, decorative finishes and acoustic enclosures for the outdoor unit
Which parts of Highgate do we cover?
We cover all of Highgate (N6), including Highgate Village, Highgate Cemetery, Waterlow Park, Highgate Hill and Kenwood border. Highgate is in the London Borough of Haringey.
We also cover the surrounding neighbourhoods - see air conditioning in Upper Holloway, air conditioning in East Finchley, air conditioning in Hornsey and air conditioning in Hampstead - and the rest of London on our areas we cover page.
What happens when you book with us?
- Get in touch. Call 07912 566131 or send a message with your postcode and what you need.
- Free survey. An engineer visits your property in Highgate to measure rooms, check sun exposure and agree indoor and outdoor unit positions.
- Written quote. You get a clear, fixed quote. Many homes here are listed or in conservation areas, so we provide drawings and manufacturer data to support any application to Haringey Council.
- Installation and commissioning. We fit the units, pipework, cabling and drainage, pressure-test and commission the system, and tidy up.
- Handover and aftercare. We show you how to use the system and can set up annual servicing to keep it efficient and under warranty.
