How much does air conditioning in West Kensington cost?
We don't publish fixed prices, because every flat or home is different. After a free survey we give you a written quote that shows exactly what is included. The main things that affect the price are:
- The type of system: single split, multi-split, ceiling cassette or ducted
- The number of rooms or areas and the cooling capacity (kW) each one needs
- Where the outdoor unit can sit and how far the pipework has to travel
- Freeholder or managing agent approval, and where an outdoor unit is allowed on the building

What happens when you book with us?
- Get in touch. Call 07912 566131 or send a message with your postcode and what you need.
- Free survey. An engineer visits your flat or home in West Kensington to measure rooms, check sun exposure and agree indoor and outdoor unit positions.
- Written quote. You get a clear, fixed quote. Most flats need the freeholder's or managing agent's consent, and external units on flats can need planning permission from Hammersmith & Fulham Council; we supply the drawings both may ask for.
- Installation and commissioning. We fit the units, pipework, cabling and drainage, pressure-test and commission the system, and tidy up.
- Handover and aftercare. We show you how to use the system and can set up annual servicing to keep it efficient and under warranty.
